Terms of Use and Subscription Terms
These terms cover the Kalorea iPhone app, the Telegram bot @ai_dietolog_foto_bot and kalorea.pro. Updated October 17, 2026.
Kalorea Pro subscription

- Prices are shown in your local currency in the App Store before you buy and may differ by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. With the yearly free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- To cancel: on your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Kalorea Pro. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Free use and limits
Without a subscription the iPhone app gives you one photo or text estimate per 24 hours. Kalorea Pro gives you up to 40 estimates per 24 hours (up to 20 per hour). The Telegram bot has its own free limits. Limits count the last 24 hours, not the calendar day, and exist to keep the service fast and fair; we may adjust them to prevent abuse.
What Kalorea is and isn't
Kalorea gives AI estimates of calories and macros. They are approximate, shown with a range, and are not medical or dietary advice. Do not use Kalorea to manage a medical condition or an eating disorder. Talk to a doctor before changing your diet if you are under 18, pregnant or have a health condition.
Your content
Send only photos of food and drinks that you have the right to share. Don't upload photos of people, documents or other people's data. You keep the rights to your photos; you allow us to process them to give you estimates, as described in the privacy policy.
Fair use
Don't try to bypass limits, overload the service, reverse engineer it or use it to build a competing database. We may suspend accounts that do.
License
The iPhone app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.
Liability
Kalorea is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on estimates or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. For important changes we will update the date above and, where it matters, tell you in the app before they apply.
